Star of the reality TV show, the Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Judge has enjoyed a lot of success with her TV career as well as her business ventures. She and her husband, Eddie Judge, have launched various businesses with indications that there are more to come. However, sadly, the couple has had to wave goodbye to one of its formerly successful businesses, Cut Fitness in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.
Tamra recently spoke about the fitness business in a podcast. The fitness facility was launched in 2013, and it was designed to provide private training and facilities to small and select groups rather than being a gym that catered to the masses. However, while the business fared very well after opening, it fell victim to the impact of the global pandemic like many other similar businesses. Due to the huge losses sustained during the pandemic, the business had to be closed this summer.
During her podcast, Tamra said that the closure of the business was a big loss and that it was very sad to have to say goodbye. The business did reopen after restrictions were listed, but the losses were already too big for it to be sustainable, so a decision was made to close it altogether. The Judges have since been advertising the gear and equipment from the facility for sale and have been doing this on their own website as well as through social media platforms.
Comments were made on social media that the reason Tamra decided to return to RHOC was due to the financial losses from the closing of the fitness center. However, she said that this is not the case and that the fitness center decision had been made before she was asked to return to the show having not been in it for two seasons.
A Successful CBD Business
While CUT Fitness has now closed due to the difficult circumstances over the past two years, one of Tamra and Eddie’s businesses that is doing well is Vena CBD. This business has thrived, as it operates online and people have been able to make purchases even amid the restrictions of the pandemic.
Selling products such as Vena CBD gummies, the company has attracted a growing customer base with many people now turning to CBD products to aid their health and wellness. Tamra said that the business was doing very well and experiencing growth. Products are now available through Sally Beauty stores as well as online.
When speaking about the closure of the fitness facility on the podcast, Tamra also suggested that there were more business ventures that the couple was looking at. This means that there could soon be other businesses that they launch as part of their growing empire.
In the meantime, the fitness facility will be missed not only by Tamra and Eddie, as it was a venture that they were proud of, but also by those who enjoyed using it.
