Paris, France is easily one of the best luxury vacation destinations in the world. Aside from its abundant historic and cultural landmarks and decadent cuisine, Paris is on the bucket list for fashionistas. Haute couture and fashion boutiques abound throughout the city. But Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré is one of the most fashionable streets in the city. It is here that we find this impressive luxury hotel: Le Bristol Paris.
An Oetker Collection Luxury Hotel
Within the hospitality world, the Oetker family is well-known for their small collection of luxury hotels. While only nine hotels are part of the collection, each property is award-winning and considered one of the best in each of their respective luxury destinations.
Le Bristol Paris is the only Oetker hotel within Paris and it has garnered an abundance of accolades. Notably, it was the first hotel in France to earn the prestigious “Palace hotel” designation. Used only within France, only the most luxurious establishments are selected for this honor. In fact, only 24 properties have achieved the status. Additionally, Gallivanter’s Guide, among others, voted this five-star hotel as the Best Hotel in the World.
Much of the success of the Oetker Collection’s success comes from its style of hospitality. Though these exclusive getaways are grand, each property has the feel of a small family-owned hotel. This ambiance comes from the small details. One such example at Le Bristol Paris is Fa-Raon, the loveable Burmese cat who meanders throughout the hotel, making this luxury hotel feel like your home away from home.
Lavish Accommodations
Along with its Palace hotel distinction, Le Bristol Paris ranks as one of the best luxury hotels in the world many times over. Indeed, one glance at its lavish accommodations will prove why! The five-star hotel offers a variety of rooms and suites. The nine signature suites each have a different style or ambiance sure to add to any Paris vacation.

At up to 3,475 square feet, the largest suite at Le Bristol Paris has a classic French style, complete with elegant fabrics, cool marbles and rich woods.

The first Monday of each month, the restaurant’s sommelier hosts a wine grower and presents their wines with a delectable four course meal.
Cafe Antonia and Le Jardin Français round out the luxury hotel’s dining choices. The former has a decidedly casual atmosphere but still offers decadent fare. And the latter is a delightful outdoor oasis in the heart of the city. Complete with crisp white parasols, the relaxed restaurant is a lovely spot for a light meal.
