Mangusta 165 E is one of the iconic yachts from Overmarine Group, a leading yacht manufacturer. Letter ‘E’ stands for Evolution or Enhanced. It’s a remarkable series originating from a client who requested modification of Mangusta 165. The client wanted a Mangusta yacht with more aggressive lines, muscular aspects, among other inclusion.
Essentially, the yacht is an upgraded version of Mangusta 165 maxi open, which debuted in 2007. Some reconfigurations the model went through include redesigning the flybridge and integrating the exterior lounge to match the handrails. Also, the Mangusta design team and designer Stefano Righini incorporated the main deck with expansive windows to allow more natural light into the saloon.
The flybridge changes gave the aft an angular appeal and enhanced its aerodynamic appearance from the rear.
