The charming and talented Emma Stone is the focus of our ever shining Hollywood spotlight. Emma Stone first came to everyone’s attention at age 19 with her role as Jules in Superbad (2007), opposite Jonah Hill. Her quirky, girl next door character was endearing to most viewers, and so was the actress who portrayed her. She has fast become of one the world’s most adored Hollywood celebrities. In 2010, she starred as Olive in Easy A, a nod to the classic, The Scarlet Letter. Her ability to capture teenage emotions and situations and, in turn, make them relatable to viewers of all ages made her a household name. With her likable personality, beauty, and acting talents, audiences knew they would see more great things from this rising star. And they didn’t have long to wait.

Her turn as Skeeter in The Help (2012), along with her the work of her costars, earned recognition among their Hollywood colleagues with a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance of a Cast. Only four years later, in her third role opposite Ryan Gosling, audiences and Hollywood were amazed as Emma Stone showed even more of her talents by singing and dancing her way through La La Land (2016). For that role, she was honored by the Academy with an Oscar for Best Actress.

Some of her other works include: The House Bunny (2008), The Rocker (2008), Zombieland (2009), Friends with Benefits (2011), Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011), The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), The Croods (2013), The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014), Birdman (2014), Aloha (2015), and Battle of the Sexes (2017).

The beautiful Emma Stone is currently involved in three significantly different projects, highlighting this celebrity’s amazing diversity. Later this year, she can be seen in The Favourite, a biographical historical film about Queen Anne’s royal court in the early 1700’s. Like many other well-respected movie stars in the past few years, she will take her turn on the small screen this fall. Produced by Netflix, Maniac is a ten episode dark comedy that focuses on the delusions of an institutionalized man, played by Jonah Hill. And, she is again lending her distinctive voice to Eep in The Croods 2, expected to be released in 2020.

If the past is any indication, we can look forward to many more years of Emma Stone’s dazzling personality, on and off the screen.
