Beverly Hills Holiday Lighting Ceremony

A shimmering glow of nearly 150,000 lights will brighten Rodeo Drive this holiday season, during the annual Beverly Hills Holiday Lighting Ceremony on November 23, 2014.  In celebration of their 250th anniversary, the world-renowned French luxury lifestyle brand Baccarat, has partnered with Gearys Beverly Hills to hang 16 full size Baccarat chandeliers over the famed street.  The festivities will feature the seasonal spectacular lighting of the holiday lights, a fireworks show and a confetti “snow” shower, heralding the arrival of the 2014 Holidays.  The ceremony will take place on Sunday, November 23, 2014 beginning at 6:00pm on the 300 block of Rodeo Drive near the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Brighton Way.  The ceremony is open to the public.

Lining the median of Rodeo Drive between Santa Monica and Wilshire Boulevards will be 16 full size Baccarat chandeliers, brilliantly lit birch trees, 42 iridescent palm trees, and hundreds of vibrant red poinsettias.  Picturesque holiday banners of chandeliers will be displayed along the street. 2 Rodeo and the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, will be radiant with more than 50,000 lights in celebration of the holiday season with another 100,000 red and white twinkle lights along the famed boulevard.
