Thank goodness summer is coming. After all those months wrapped up, we can finally show off our gorgeous bikini bods! Except, not all of us are feeling confident enough to dare to bare. If you are one of the millions of women who would love to laze by the pool in nothing but that cute little two piece, then now is the time to start working toward your dream. Mental attitude – When you look in the mirror and you don’t like what you see, what percentage of that self-hatred is really down to anything but what is going on in your head? If you fit into your clothes and wear them with pride, then you can also look great in your bikini. Whatever size you are, it is all about proportions. So, look again, and see what you like about your body. You may have a great top half, and decide the bottom half is not to your taste. That doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with it. So dare to bare, and feel confident your body is gorgeous enough.

Diet – When we talk about diet, the thoughts of starving ourselves jumps into mind. But diets should be about healthy options that fit into a good quality lifestyle choice. Weight loss diets for women can be as good or as bad as you make them. Pick ones that include good, healthy choices, but don’t force you to live on air for prolonged periods of time. Choose a good diet that allows you to make healthy meals you will be happy to eat for life. Diets can be a pleasure. If yours isn’t, it’s time to switch to another brand.

Exercise – No boot camps here, ladies. Just regular activity that fits into your life, for life. Lifestyle is the big buzzword of the year because rapid weight loss programs don’t last. Your exercise choices need to be something you can keep up no matter how old you get. A change for life will see the same results as a crash diet, but the results will turn up over time, and last forever. Walking outdoors every day for just thirty minutes will make an enormous difference. Throw in some Yoga for stretching and strength, and some jogging or step classes for the aerobic workout and you will be super fit in no time. Make your health and fitness a priority in your life, and you will begin to see positive changes in your overall well being and confidence. It’s just that simple.

Don’t ever be ashamed of your body. Celebrities are often celebrities in celebration of what they were blessed with from birth – a naturally great face and figure. The vast majority of us cannot look like that no matter how hard we work or how much we pay, but we look just right anyway. We look like normal people. There is no pressure on us from the paparazzi to look perfect. We have the freedom to look exactly how we already do with nobody to judge that as right or wrong. Be the best you can be with the right lifestyle choices by implement some of these health tips, and you will have everything to be proud of.
