SEARS® AND SEVENTEEN MAGAZINE GET READY FOR BACK-TO-SCHOOL SEASON WITH IN-STORE EVENTS
Celebrate the launch of Seventeen Fashion Collection with a SearsStyle Glam Session and Seventeen Cover Shot
Sears® is kicking off the back-to-school season with cover girl style, hosting a one day event featuring the Seventeen Fashion Collection at select stores nationwide. Attendees will get to choose their favorite style on-site through shopyourway.com, then work with a team of hair stylists and make-up artists to get their glam on. A photo of each attendee in her chosen look will be taken and superimposed onto a Seventeen cover—specially designed to be shared across all social channels. The event will feature a DJ spinning the hottest tunes along with a social media takeover with @searsStyle on Twitter, where a live feed will display images of style attendees across all event locations. The unique hashtag #My17Style will be utilized on all social media platforms, including at shopyourway.com.
