The design of these dream cars is both muscular and elegant. It is offered in two options a roadster or a gull-wing hardtop model to appease individual personalized tastes. The interior theme is black with contrasting red seat belts and red stitching on seats, center console, floor mats, door panels and dashboard. The center console, door panel lining, cross-shaped air vents and metal inserts on the steering wheels all receive high gloss AMG trim. The steering wheel is sporty and is flat-bottomed with a red dot on the 12o’ clock position marking the center of the steering wheel. It also features an all black AMG instrument cluster. Other optional interior upgrades include AMG Designo Exclusive style leather, AMG interior carbon fiber package and Bang & Olufsen Beo sound system.
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT features a 6.3 litre naturally aspirated V8 engine under the hood. This gem of an engine is capable of producing a maximum power of 591 HP @ 6800 rpm and an amazing torque of 650 Nm @ 4750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 7 speed sports transmission. It features dual clutch which directly transmits power to the rear wheels without the need for a differential as it is mounted in the rear axle minimizing power loss through driveline. These dream cars are capable of accelerating from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.7 sec and has an electronically limited top speed of 198 mph. It comes with AMG Ride Control Performance Suspension System providing precise ride and excellent handling capability making it an amazing and fun to drive dream car.
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT is truly a remarkable car. The design is contemporary yet classy. However these dream cars doesn’t come cheap and is priced at $ 268,315 for the coupe version and $ 279,235 for the roadster version making it one of the most expensive cars on this planet.
