Romantic Date Spots in Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills, a city known for its decadence. A playground for the ultra-rich and famous. Streets lined with palm trees and windy-hidden roads in the hills for the wealthy to live in comfort and seclusion. Home to the ‘The Golden Triangle’ – a grid of streets bounded by Santa Monica Boulevard (on the northwest), Wilshire Boulevard (on the south), and Canon Drive (on the east) – with Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills’ fabled shopping avenue, at the center. A city also filled with attractive and ambitious people.

Dating may be seen as tough in Beverly Hills due to its luxurious exterior, but fear not as Sherri Murphy, CEO and VIP Matchmaker at Elite Connections, has you covered.

Murphy founded Elite Connections in 1994 and has built it into one of the nation’s premier matchmaking companies with an A+ rating with the BBB. The company has locations throughout Southern California including Beverly Hills, Orange County, Westlake Village, Santa Barbara and San Diego and also has matchmakers in most metropolitan cities such as NYC and Miami. Elite Connections prides themselves on their personalized approach to matchmaking as each matchmaker knows all of our clients personally and keep them in mind with each new single that we meet.

While providing opportunities for Beverly Hills’ singles through the company’s matchmaking service, Sherri has given countless daters and couples advice on how to date and where to go in Beverly Hills.

So Sherri, what are the most romantic dating spots in Beverly Hills?

Virginia Robinson Gardens

They call this place the “Hidden Gem of Beverly Hills”. The house was built in 1911 and was one of the first homes in Beverly Hills. Take a romantic stroll through the exotic paradise that this garden has to offer. You must schedule an appointment to tour it so make sure to plan ahead for your special someone.

Il Cielo

Widely known as one of the most Romantic restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area, Il Cielo will be sure leave you breathless. If you wanted to do something extra special for your date, you can ask for a heart-shaped chocolate cake with a custom message of your choice written beautifully on the plate in chocolate script.  The restaurant also provides three additional romantic packages that you can add on to your reservation that range in price from $20 to $75. If that doesn’t sound appealing enough, the thousands of lights decorating the entire outside patio will make you wish you could stay there all night together.

The Best of Beverly Hills

Greystone Mansion

The majestic Greystone Mansion is surrounded by 18.5 pastoral acres of lush parkland. While visiting the premises, you’re free to walk through the public areas on the property. The elegant gardens have a beautiful centerpiece fountain and the pool yard has an inner courtyard area, both very pleasant to admire. The land has gorgeous architecture; along with gardens and views of LA. It’s a really fun experience for the two of you if you attend one of the special music events that’s held at the grounds. Beverly Gardens Park

There is so much to see on the 2 mile long stretch of gardens that follows the length of the city. There’s cactus gardens, beautiful homes on one side, retail shops on the other, the famous Beverly Hills sign, and more. A star of the park is the Electric Fountain.  Located at the intersection of Santa Monica and Wilshire Boulevards, the fountain was timed to give 60 gorgeous combinations of water patterns and colors every eight minutes. There’s also a small trail  that will take you to the famous Beverly Hills sign near Cañon street. After enjoying walking around and seeing all the sights the park has to offer, head on over to Sprinkles across the street for a sweet treat to end the day.

Tagine Beverly Hills

Adding another restaurant to the list, Tagine Beverly Hills has been deemed “beyond date worthy” it is by far one of the intimate/romantic setting a restaurant could offer. Co-owners Chef Ben Benameur and Hollywood actor Ryan Gosling provide you gourmet food that you can taste the love in. The restaurant provides exotic tastes, low romantic lighting and warming jazz music to ensure the romance will be sparking. It also helps that there’s  only nine candlelit tables, ensuring it will feel like it’s only you and your date in the room.
